• All registration data, contact numbers, and billing details you provide are accurate, current, and complete.

To enroll in courses and access learning modules, you must register a dedicated learner account:

• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for restricting unauthorized access to your devices.
• Prohibition of Credential Sharing: Each enrollment grants single-user access. You agree not to share, distribute, transfer, or sell your account login details to any other individual or entity.
• Security Breaches: You must immediately notify Educazione at info@educazi.online if you suspect or discover any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

All content on the Educazione platform—including video lectures, animations, curriculum designs, quizzes, downloadable worksheets, project templates, source codes, text, graphics, and trade logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of Educazione Private Limited or its authorized content creators:

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and access course materials strictly for individual, educational, non-commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not record, capture, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, rebroadcast, resell, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of our course content without explicit prior written authorization from Educazione.

Enrollment in paid educational courses and programs is subject to the following financial terms:

• Pricing Structure: Course fees are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) or specified foreign currencies and are subject to change at our sole discretion prior to purchase completion.
• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant third-party payment gateways (including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets). Educazione does not retain or store your sensitive card or banking credentials.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (such as Goods and Services Tax - GST) will be itemized and calculated at checkout in compliance with statutory Indian fiscal mandates.

Upon fulfilling the prerequisites of an enrolled certification program, you may receive a verifiable digital Certificate of Completion:

• Eligibility Criteria: Certificates are awarded only when learners satisfy the required curriculum milestones, including full lesson completion, achieving passing marks on mandatory assessments, and submitting required project deliverables.
• Authentication: Certificates are issued uniquely in the verified name of the registered account holder and cannot be transferred, edited, or reissued under an alternate identity.

As a member of the Educazione learning community, you agree to engage respectfully and adhere to professional standards. You agree not to:

• Post, transmit, or share abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit content within discussion forums, live chats, or assignment threads.
• Engage in academic misconduct, cheating, or plagiarizing assessments and project submissions.
• Introduce software viruses, worms, trojans, or automated scrapers intended to disrupt or damage platform operations.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any academic institution or organization.

Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to appropriate legal recourse.

Our educational modules may reference or link to external third-party software, development tools, code repositories (e.g., GitHub), or external resources for pedagogical enrichment. Educazione does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the availability, privacy practices, or content of any third-party websites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Educational Nature: All courses and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our courses are designed to impart industry-relevant skills, Educazione makes no guarantees regarding specific career placements, job offers, or salary increments.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Educazione Private Limited, its directors, instructors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to access our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in West Bengal, India.

Educazione Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, technological, or legal developments. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued access to or utilization of our LMS following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
